Problems with Lifeline or Link Up?
If you have questions about your Lifeline or Link Up discount:
Step 1:
For information on how to apply for Lifeline or Link Up support, click here.
If you have problems applying for Lifeline or Link Up support, we suggest you call your telephone company directly as USAC does not have regulatory authority over telephone companies.
Step 2:
If your telephone company does not give you the assistance you need, please contact your state public utility commission, which has jurisdiction over telephone companies.
Step 3:
If you have contacted your phone company and state public utility commission and continue to have problems, please email us and we will do our best to help you.
