USAC offers a variety of training events for companies who must contribute to the universal service fund (USF) and/or file FCC Forms 499-A/Q. USAC also offers training events for service providers who must file the FCC Form 498 and participate in any of the four universal service programs. All events and resources are offered free of charge.
