High Cost/Low Income Workshop Information

As part of its outreach initiative, USAC will hold a series of one-day workshop events for companies that participate in the High Cost and Low Income support programs. The purpose of the High Cost/Low Income workshop is to provide guidance on High Cost and Low Income program rules, audits, and support payment calculations.

  • Rural and non-rural incumbent local exchange carriers (ILECs)
  • Competitive eligible telecommunications carriers (CETCs)
  • Consultants and attorneys working with eligible telecommunications carriers
