Step 8 Report Revenue

All intrastate, interstate, and international providers of telecommunications within the United States, with very limited exceptions, must file the FCC Form 499-A. In addition carriers may be required to file the FCC Form 499-Q to report quarterly revenue for universal service fund billings.
