Site Visit Mission
USAC's Site Visit Outreach Initiative was developed to give USAC insight into how companies across America are managing and making use of Universal Service Fund (USF) support. This will allow USAC to better administer the USF. In particular, these visits will help USAC:
- Gain an understanding of how companies interact with USAC
- Understand how companies manage the administrative requirements of the USF Low Income Program, including document retention and advertising requirements
- Identify best practices to share with other program participants
- Solicit suggestions on ways for USAC to improve its outreach and education efforts
- Educate companies on the USAC resources available to help them better manage USF support
