Low Income Tools:
Step 5: Post Your Company
Eligible telecommunications carriers (ETCs) can use USAC's Low Income consumer website, to post company-specific Lifeline and Link Up information.
Online Lifeline Support ETC Posting Tool – NEW–
USAC has made it fast and easy for ETCs to post company specific information about the availability of the Lifeline and Link Up programs on www.lifelinesupport.org. Simply E-mail USAC’s Low Income team with your companies SPIN and SAC numbers so USAC can verify that your company is an ETC. Once you have been verified, USAC will send you a link to the new online tool which will allow you to submit data to USAC to be posted on www.lifelinesupport.org.
If you have already posted information using the online tool and would like to update your information, simply use the link USAC sent you to post your company’s information originally or E-mail USAC’s Low Income team to receive the link again. The new online tool will automatically populate the current information; all you have to do is make the necessary changes.
