Rural Health Care Outreach Conference Call Minutes

This conference call focused on the introduction of electronic certification as an option for submitting FCC Form 465s. RHCD reviewed the procedure using a PowerPoint presentation and opened the call for questions. RHCD is in the process of closing Funding Year 3. As of February 14, There are 34 FCC Form 467s that have yet to be submitted for the year. Applicants who do not submit those forms as soon as possible may face denied funding as a result.

Nearly all of RHCD's processing resources are now devoted to processing Funding Year 4 FCC Form 466/468 packets. So far, 550 packets for the Funding Year have been received, compared with the total of 1300 packets that RHCD received for all of Funding Year 3. If you have not yet completed your FCC Form 466/468 packets, RHCD urges you to do so as soon as possible in order to receive funding sooner.
