Year Two update.
All Funding Commitment Letters have been issued to the applicants and a copy has been sent to service providers. Now the attention turns to getting all of the FCC Form 467's returned to RHCD. We have approximately 30 still outstanding. If they are not received by RHCD immediately, the applicant will not receive funding. We will close out Year Three on 3/31/01. Service Providers need to invoice RHCD immediately. We will process invoices in an expedited manner as soon as we receive them.

Year Three update.
Year three forms changed from the year two forms to reflect rules changes. So, you must use year three forms. RHCD has begun to send out Funding Committment Letters. RHCD will review all packets for minimum processing errors and notify applicants within the next three weeks if information is missing.

Year Four update.
The application filing window will OPEN MARCH 26,2001. Year four forms have been IMPROVED and modified, so be sure to use the year four forms. The new FCC Form 465 will be available on the RHCD web site (www.rhc.universalservice.org) on March 26, 2001. The remaining forms, FCC Forms 466, 468, and 467 will be on the website after they have been approved by the FCC. We expect that to be mid-April. We have mailed an outreach package to over 700 applicants which represent over 1600 health care providers and 160 Service providers.
