Step 2: Search Service Requests (Online Search)
Service providers can search for health care provider service requests using the online search feature. Enter search criteria then click the Search button. Additional information regarding this search feature and posted information can be found by viewing the Search Service Request Instructions page.
Tips:
- If you are searching for a specific health care provider (HCP), enter the HCP Number in the appropriate field and click on Search.
- Enter information into a combination of fields and click on Search. The results will list all HCPs that match the criteria specified.
