Rural Health Care

Applying for Primary Program Funds

Many Pilot projects or sites currently receiving support from the Rural Health Care (RHC) Pilot Program have or are planning to apply to the RHC Primary Program for continued funding. RHC has developed a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) to assist current Pilot projects that may request funding from the RHC Primary Program once the Pilot funding ends. This list of FAQs can be accessed on the Pilot Program SharePoint site and will be updated regularly.

The FAQs include answers to questions from Pilot projects relating to evergreen contracts, health care provider eligibility, services eligible for funding, and other topics where there are differences between the two programs.

Pilot projects that are planning to request funds from the primary program are encouraged to visit the Getting Started page to learn more about the application process for the primary program.

For additional information, Pilot project points of contact are encouraged to speak to their Coach, or contact the RHC Help Desk at (800) 229-5476 or via email.
