  1. USAC statements on a previous Service Provider Conference Call have indicated that the Eligible Products Database has had ongoing maintenance problems. These problems are continuing. The database has not been operational at all for the past month or so. This ongoing situation raises questions about whether USAC is taking sufficient responsibility for maintaining this FCC-mandated tool. Can you indicate what steps will be taken to provide adequate customer service in this area, going forward?
