General Questions Received by E-mail If a school's funding approval is delayed for an extended period of time but is ultimatley granted outside of the funding year in which it was requested, can the service provider deliver the service after the funding commitment is made even though the acutual fuding year has passed? For example, funding commitment for FY 2007 isn't approved until sometime in FY 2009. Can the provider deliver the serivces in FY 2009 under the FY2008 commitment?
