General Questions Received by E-mail

  1. Based on the draft eligible services list for FY 2011, is it safe to assume that basic maintenance will still be an eligible service for 2011-2012 or could that change? Can you tell us the best way to find the responses that have been posted relative to rule changes? I am having a hard time navigating through the FCC website to find them. Is there a specific web page or link that will take me right to these specific responses? Can you give us an idea of when we can expect the FCC to rule on the proposed changes? Will these be in the summer, in time to enable applicants and service providers to adjust to the new rules? Once the new rules are in place (assuming there will be some), will SLD try to schedule a training for service providers, or possibly a webinar, to review changes and take questions? Thank you!
