Accommodations and Transportation

Hotel

• Rooms are available for a discounted rate of $119 (single/double). The last day to reserve rooms at this discounted rate is April 20, 2009, so please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible.

Transportation

• A complimentary shuttle is available to and from the Tampa International Airport.
• Parking is available at the hotel for $8 per day; Valet parking is $12 per day.

The theme for this year's service provider training is "How to Stay Out of a Jam." At the end of the E-rate sessions in Tampa and Phoenix, the Rural Health Care Division will discuss (via videoconference) updates in the Rural Health Care Pilot Program and answer questions. The agenda below highlights the topics that will be addressed at the service provider training.
