Join USAC for our live training webinars provided throughout the year for E-rate Program participants. We will share program updates and essential guidance to help participants learn about and successfully navigate the program. During each webinar, the audience will have the opportunity to take part in a live question and answer session with members of the Schools and Libraries (E-rate) Program team.

This webinar will provide information designed to help applicants understand how to file FCC Form 486. We will explain the purpose of the form, the requirements for filing the form, and when you should file. We'll also cover step-by-step form guidance and helpful tips on how to file successfully. You will learn about what happens during FCC Form 486 review and the response letters you'll receive. Finally we'll explain the rules around CIPA and FCC Form 479 for consortia members.

This webinar will provide information designed to help applicants and service providers understand the actions they can take after receiving a Funding Commitment Decision Letter. These actions include filing appeals and waivers, Filing an FCC Form 500, requesting invoice deadline extensions and service delivery deadlines, making "SPIN" Changes and service substitutions, updating contact information, and transferring equipment. You will learn more about all these options, when they are applicable to you, how to submit the necessary information, and how you'll receive decisions.
