National Lifeline Accountability Database (NLAD)

Maintenance Schedule

NLAD maintenance takes place on a regular basis.

  • New versions of the system are deployed to make system changes and upgrades. This usually does not require NLAD to be taken offline.
  • NLAD is taken offline for scheduled system maintenance, typically completed on the 3rd Saturday of each month.

The table below outlines dates for NLAD maintenance. All dates and times are subject to change and new dates will be added as they become available.

To find out if NLAD will be down during the maintenance, refer to the "System outage?" column to find out if "Yes," the system will be down and the time during which the system will be down.
