You should have received text or automated messages about transferring your service from Q Link Wireless to another provider before November 9. Messages about transitioning your service were not SPAM and you need to take immediate action to preserve your Lifeline service:
1. You can contact Q Link to transition to another provider (with a new SIM card); OR
2. Transfer your Lifeline benefit to another provider in your area. To find a list of participating providers near you, visit the Companies Near Me tool .
Please note that, if you do not take one of the above actions by November 9, you potentially could lose your Lifeline service.
Eligible consumers can get up to $9.25 off the cost of phone, internet, or bundled services.
