If your household's income is at 135% or less than of the federal poverty guidelines, you may be eligible for a Lifeline Program discount.

The table below reflects 135% of the 2020 Federal Poverty Guidelines. Phone and internet companies must begin using the updated guidelines by the end of Q1 2020 (Tuesday, March 31, 2020).
